We ‘orchestrate’ rather than delegate, using our people management skills to form a unique team of professionals for each project. We are happy to remain relatively low profile as a property development organisation.

We start with a detailed understanding of all stakeholders. From the owner to the occupier, the local authorities to the local communities, we get to know their needs and aspirations. RLP has substantial experience of the needs in the private sector, how it operates, the requirements of the planning system and the particular approach of community and interest based groups.
Applying creativity.
We apply our visionary abilities to conceive both imaginative and inspiring concepts. We are driven purely by the effect our plans will have on all stakeholders – the client, the occupant, the neighbour. This means evaluating both financial and non-financial aspects of the conceptual design.
We then turn those concepts into reality – coming up with creative financial solutions, creating innovative, sustainable strategies for developments that satisfy needs and maximise returns.
Promoting teamwork.
One of the strengths of the partnership is the ability to bring together the appropriate team of people to suit the needs of the job in hand to ensure planning permission is granted and the property development can progress. We work regularly with other firms and disciplines, such as architects, surveyors, highway and drainage engineers, landscape architects, leisure consultants and ecologists to achieve our aims.
We are not dictatorial – but we do believe in ‘one vision’ for the team.
