About Rifkind Levy Partnership

Tea House, London NW8

“The Tea House was created to disguise a concrete parking structure between two residential gardens. The exposed interior structure is a knock down frame of clear Douglas fir clad with narrow horizontal planks of natural iroko which is a teak-like wood from renewable sources. It contains an apartment entered from the parking side and a glass walled entertainment room overlooking the garden.”

Alfred Munkenbeck.
Architect of The Tea House in Charles Rifkind’s garden.
